Clayton leads worship at Noel UMC with a heart rooted in Psalm 100: "Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His Presence with singing." That verse guides every song he chooses and every set he leads.

Clayton believes worship meets people wherever they are. In his own words:

"If you come to worship in pain, I pray you find comfort in His Name. If you come to worship with burdens that feel too heavy to bear, I pray you find relief in His Presence. If you come to worship on fire and ready to tackle anything that this life might throw at you, I will run alongside you musically in worship as we run this race together that is set before us."

Whatever season of life you're in, Clayton wants you to know: you are invited, you are welcome, you are loved, you are valuable.

Leah is a junior at Heritage Hills, studying to be a teacher herself, and Wednesday nights are where she gets to practice early. She leads youth ministry at Noel because working with kids has always felt less like a job and more like home. In her own words: "Watching kids grow closer to Christ shows me that this is my calling and Noel is where I belong" If you're a student wondering whether you fit in at youth group, Leah's answer is simple: you already do.

"For fifteen years I searched for a church that felt like home. Noel is that place, and they've accepted me for exactly who I am." That's how Andy describes finding Noel, and it's exactly what Romans 15:7 points to: "Accept one another, just as Christ accepted you." Today Andy serves as Noel's Communications Director. Getting the message right matters to him, because Noel was worth finding, and he wants others to find it too.
