Today’s Reflection
The very essence of my faith is a sure trust and confidence in your love,
and because of that confidence, my soul, like Mary’s,
glorifies you, and my spirit rejoices in you.
—Paul W. Chilcote, Praying in the Wesleyan Spirit: 52 Prayers for Today (Upper Room Books, 2001)

Prayer for the Week
Gracious God, fill our hearts to overflowing, that we may live not in fear but in joyful obedience. When we stumble or fall short, remind us that your mercy meets us there, inviting us to grow, to abide, and to rejoice in your presence. Let our lives be shaped by your love and sustained by your Spirit. Amen.
