Vision Sunday

A conversation about our next step

On Sunday, October 25, we gather for Vision Sunday. A shortened worship session leads into a panel conversation about our new building, led by Pastor Cory and joined by members of our staff and our Building Committee. We will talk about how we got here, what the project is, and what it will take.
Bring your questions. There is room to ask them, and we want to hear what is on your heart.
Why we gather

How Vision Sunday helps shape the next step

A new building is a big step, and it belongs to the whole church. Vision Sunday brings the work done so far to the entire congregation, so we can move forward informed and together.
Step 1

We share the story

Pastor Cory leads a panel with members of our staff and our Building Committee. They walk through where things stand and what comes next, in plain language.
Step 2

You ask your questions

Questions are welcome during the panel and again in your small group. Bring the ones you have been carrying, large or small.
Step 3

You share your input

In small groups of 8 to 12, you say what you think and what you hope for. We record it, and each group receives a handout.
Your voice

Why your input matters

A building is more than walls and a roof. It shapes how we worship, serve, and welcome our neighbors for many years, and the people who will gather in it should help shape how we get there.
The panel can describe the plan. Only the congregation can tell us what feels right, what excites us, and where we have concerns. Both matter, and both help us move forward well.
Small groups give every voice room, including the people who rarely speak up in a large crowd. Whether you have been part of Noel since the beginning or for a few weeks, your perspective counts.
We record what is shared so it is not lost when the morning ends.

The next step belongs to all of us.
